The role

Represent us on site day to day and follow the project engineer's instructions precisely.
Read structural and architectural plans and check the works against them.
Prepare and maintain daily documentation — reports, delivery receipts, photos, and the project file.
Produce simple take-offs and progress sheets in Excel.
Flag discrepancies between plan, delivery, and site early.

Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant site experience. A PRC license is an advantage but not required.
Reliable at following instructions and closing out tasks.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
Confident reading construction plans.
Disciplined about documentation and record-keeping.
